Well as title said, I bought the add on Rebel’s Cache platinum pack, and after almost 3 days and added several tickets a game master told me to post in here so maybe some of you will be able to adress and resolve my issue. Well as I was saying after almost 3 days none of the weapons transmogs were retieved to my account, I did logged out from both app and web site as was mentioned to do so, done it several times, well with no luck since not any of the transmogs in the add Rebel’s Cache platinum pack, were charged to my account, also I might tell that the platinum on the pack was charged and I did receive it, so I didn’t have any issue with the platinum, however still could not see any of the transmogs. Also just to check as some master giving me asssistence told me to check the transmogs with different characters, well I done that wich each of the classes I have, with not any new transmog found there.
OK so please help me to receive my Rebel’s Cache platinum pack transmogs as it should, since I already paid for t it and wasn’t retieve to my account, I am looking for a resolution of my issue hopefully soon, thanks in forward!
RESOLVED MY ISSUE APPARENTLY THE PACK WAS GRANTED BUT WAS FOR OTHER CLASS SO PLEASE DISREGARD POST THANKS
