Re-install and no longer can play DLC characters

Hello,

I recently reinstalled Diablo IV to participate in the new season. However, I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to access any of the DLC content I purchased prior to the reinstallation. The DLC functions correctly on Xbox One via Game Pass, but on my PC, where I purchased the game and DLC directly, the content is not accessible. I can see my character and achievements, but I am unable to use the system or character features associated with the addon.
