On the PTR this was still the case, since then something happened and when casting Bone Spirit with the Rapid Ossification Passive allocated it doesn’t reduce the cooldown anymore which makes the build almost unplayable and definetly not suited for higher pits anymore.

I can confirm that I have same issue, cooldown goes to 5 sec because of crit, but passive skill doesnt decrease it further amymore.
This bug cripples Bone Spirit builds, making them unplayable, definitely should be fixed asap
I can confirm I am having the same issue. No additional cooldown applied from rapid ossification to bone spirit when bone spirit is cast.
