but i cant play even on a map… die from everyone and hardly killing monsters on a map… my 98 lvl with tons of dmg now good as lvl 25…

Did you look at the affixes on the sigil? If they had 40% less {insert damage} or the debugs to overpower/crit etc. that can drastically change your damage.
yes, even with crit resist or crowd control resist i was able to complete 81+. now i cant finish even 70+ or 60+. dieing from everyone and practically dont do dmg. 2 minutes killing simplyest mob. hard to kill even on a map… tryed maybe 20 different sigils…
Found your problem…
I have it happen before but never for long. I’ve even had the overworld become dangerous, but it seems to just clear it self up either logging out and back in or just spending time in game.
I’ve also had my attack power randomly change while just standing around in town no buffs on or anything, or when I login again the next day. Lately it’s been consistent.
it took me to change gear and respec my paragon points… from now i always will have extra gear that working… because yesterday this cost me brutally big…
This happend with my golem necros top crits today. Went from 1.6-1.7b top yesterday to under 1b today. I changed 1 ga pants to 2 ga with same but better affixes…

This was the post i found that was similar to my situation. T4 pit 80+ but its the same in other situations.
Game still have bugs so long after release…
