This is happening and your stuck in queued loop never ending same for me It seems to be an issue that when we logged in when the beta went live we logged in got kicked game still thinks we’re logged in hence it won’t go past that queued loop with no timer

Ok, that might explain mine as that’s when it kicked me. Any fix for that?

I got to play for 15 minutes and then got kicked. I have been in the queue for 16 and 1/2 hours now! Come on Blizzard there has to be something you could do about this. I haven’t heard anybody complain yet about being in the queue as long as I have!
Oh don’t worry I’m in the exact same boat, 10 min play right at launch, crashed in that first crash like everyone, unable to log back in.

I was. I checked back this morning. Still cant get on.
Honestly a fix would be to reboot the servers. But they wont do that.
Played for 40 minutes at launch and now in queue for 17 hours. Left over night and still going.

Same on the 30-40 min thing. One of the first to log in, and now locked out the game for good. Seems 90% of the “2nd Queued Posse” have the same issue and DC’d at the exact same time.
Maybe the games have trouble finding the characters, or if not, they’re got corrupted during the DC, so it effectively can’t authenticate or let you in as its stuck in a case of flux.
Reason I say this, is when I was booted i was taken to a menu, where i couldnt see my character, or select create character, I only had the option to log out and thats when the queue issues began.
Theory, but that is the case, I dont see them able to fix that without a character wipe… thus means were all effectively locked out for good.
That’s why im curious to see if anyone has made it past “Queued.”
Yea that’s the same experience I had. I watched people streaming on PC log out with no issue.
That reason makes sense though. Maybe a full reinstall of the software would work. At least now I’ll leave the queue and go back to d2r instead of wasting my time waiting. Appreciate the feedback, hopefully we get a fix
