There is such a fundamental problem in this point of view. I think a lot of people do not really grasp this.
Every item that is better then the item you use atm is a good item.
The better the item you have, the less good items you find.
As soon as you have a good item it is normal that most items are bad.
That is why we actually need a huge spectrum of items from very bad tool very good with huge rng in it. So you can grind long and be happy about a good item.
What we got is a system of items that are very similar and once you get em there is no loot hunt. You just run dungeons over and over for small increments.
This non stop demand for good loot is actually crippling the loot system.
