  2. Can you show us all of the Mercenaries skills?
  3. Emphatically state that you must go in to the co-op with another player not just a mercenary. One of our forum members is having an issue with the words player and communicate.
  4. Will any part of S6 go into the VoH area must you own the VoH to fully complete the S6 journey?
  5. It appears that a lot of things will be going on with the VoH and S6 running at the same time. How will it work should we complete one before the other?
  6. Will season 6 have a new gimmick or will it just be “level even faster reborn?”
  7. Now that you see people raging and raging about co-op will you stand your ground or rethink things?

Yea me lol although I suspect from the earlier PTR being for base game this may not get answered.

  1. Do you have any plans for endgame play that is progress-driven rather than time-driven? Like a rogue-lite intoned dungeon delve where you gain buffs or items that last until the end of the run
  2. (Hoping they cover this in the main portion) Are there any plans to revamp / improve renown? Add other meta-progression within a season?
  3. Are there any plans to incorporate open-world progression into a character’s journey?(other than redoing all strongholds)

where can we buy the mocking/sarcastic t-shirts the devs often wear?

What if they tattoo it on your forehead? How about: “The merc does not count as another player in co-op.”

Doubtful. Any rethink will only happen in S7 at the earliest.

Personally, I think it’s way too early to make any judgment about a Group Dungeon without seeing and experiencing Group Finder.

If Group Finder flops - we’ll see changes. But I think Group Finder will be the plutonium in the flux capacitor. It’s what makes time travel possible!

As someone who doesn’t want to group I just want to put it out there that I’m not going to rage quit if it never becomes soloable. Aomg ad there are plenty other activities and there aren’t any items exclusive to it that break the game if you don’t have them. I’ll just set it in the gauntlet corner. Cool if you like it but I’ll not be participating.

Now if grouping because the norm for everything that’s a different story. I don’t think that’ll happen though.

This focus of many ppl to shrug off cooperative gameplay is a symptom of a larger issue of our current culture where everyone is just becoming used to being more isolated. Its why the babies per capita is falling off a cliff. Why ppl are so mean behind a keyboard. PPL more and more want to be solo and alone because that its coming at them from every single angle in real world.

And they might not even be wrong. There are alot of bad ppl out there.

Maybe it’s because today private life doesn’t exist anymore with all those sociale media, all those plz registre here. Everything is on the net. You want to take a dump you ha e to registre with your pluming companies now

@Avalon I can’t think of any other questions other than the most looming one right now about the co-op dungeons. Which has been asked in various iterations on these forums repeatedly.

Any questions I can think of pertain to the expansion which I imagine will be answered during the live stream for the most part. I’d love to know why they keep doubling down on the Chuck E. Cheese tokens, and when can we see these getting cleaned up to not take up so much inventory, but I doubt they would answer.

  1. Is that a portable wardrobe icon for the overpriced cosmetics I’m not buying and can’t earn a single one of through gameplay or is it the armory tab?

  2. Is the stash architecture that you guys stopped talking about fixing after S2, despite stating you would fix it so we could have more stash space like all other modern ARPGs, actually getting fixed for the expansion?

  3. Is there any interest in making leveling an enduring, enjoyable, rewarding process in the future or do you just want us to reach 100 in an hour of plvling and get to the endgame since all content is essentially backloaded?

I don’t see what else they can do? It is not like Blizzard hasn’t been here in this spot before. Remember the damage control Dev stream for Season 1?

I would say for this Season 6 will be a open ended mechanic that involves both base game and the expansion? The new content will be the expansion itself. Which you can only access if you bought the expansion. Season VII will likely be the season that affects the expansion in some way.

Hope not. Will be 50 levels lower come expansions release. At least that is what is rumored thus far.

Will see what happens either way.

5 more questions:

Is armory every coming?

Is party system in general being fixed? IE log in and out 5 times per hour

Can eternal players get some assurance that items are going to stop being legacy after every season?

What steps is Biz taking to stop the dupes on every season?

What is Bliz stance on adding an AH? Is one just for boss mats out of question?

I have not seen anyone rage here on the forums. It might be time to ask Blizzard this question tho. Why - for the first time in history of the franchise has content of the game, including entire lore and bosses been limited based on number of players playing it?

This is first time ever in the history of the franchise, history spanning close to 30 years, that content in Diablo is not available for both groups and solo players. Why? Where did Blizzard get the wipes from the players that now was the right time to lock solo players out of content in the franchise? Cause this is not happening in other ARPGs games in 2024 that are still focusing on bringing ALL the content for both solo and players playing in groups. And that goes for the online ARPGs as well.

Diablo games have ALWAYS been BOTH co-op and solo friendly games. You can even play Diablo 1 now today in co-op. The entire game. So why not continue to provide all the content for both?

Seems like they have opened a big can of worms with the Citadel and while I dont personally find it as a bad thing I can feel for the multitudes of ppl that do have an issue wth it. The calls are very loud but this entire mode is designed for 4 players so I dont see right now how they can fix it with regard to solo play.

IF this mode has traps and puzzles like the POE Labyrinth then I am going to rip it to shreds in post after post after post. Dont bring us that trap crap back after the complete debacle it was in Season 3.

Yeah but they had chests though for those that was the reward. Yes, the initial execution of the traps were pointless but it was eventually changed in later updates. This is hopefully as you said just cosmetics so there is no need to turn this dungeon into a POE style league.

If it does offer gear drops. As in possible High end gear drops then the dungeon needs to be designed to potentially kill the players that attempt it.

Ummm… you forgot the most important one…

No doubt it’ll offer ilevel equivalent gear from 1 to 925 depending on when we can access these new dungeons (or whatever the new ilevel cap is if they change it). Just like all other endgame content. If the enemies are of appropriate level, they will drop the appropriate item level gear. I don’t see that fundamental changing at all.

I still say it’ll be super easy content anyone will be able to do with a half brain dead partner, where as long as you can stand on a pressure plate, you’ll make it through the dungeon.
