Like in seasons 1 and 2, they will add less gameplay than the you would like, less content than you think they ought to, and not as much enjoyable stuff as you want them to.
Therefore, the answer to your question is yes, they will add some of that stuff, but you and many others not be satisfied and will say they didn’t.
