We’re stuck here on multple characters. When Eru is meant to walk after the council, he goes to walk but turns back around and just stands there instead. We’ve tried over and over and over again to get him to walk but nothing happens. We’ve tried standing on the path We’ve tried walking without him, restarted the game, changed cities… nothing works. We can’t get runeworking and can’t progress because of this. We’ve spent so much money on this game and to have game play halted for such a dumb bug is incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone found a workaround for this? Is bliz working in fixing it?

I have the same problem on PC. I cant progress any further on the campaign ive tried with another character but the same issue.

Darn… i was going to download it onto a laptop to see if it worked on a different platform.

I have same problem been stuck there for 2 weeks can not progress the game. Spend almost 100 bucks on the expansion and this is what I get. Some other side quests have same problem. Can not get the Undercity Wail to work either probily because of this glitch.Makes me wish I had not installed the expansion very frustrating

I have the game acrosss the PC and the PS5 and my character is stuck because of this bug no matter which platform I am playing on. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I have the same problem. I still can’t access Kurast undercity or unlock runes because of this. Please address this issue.
I have the same problem on PS4. I can’t even finish the damn campaign
I’m having similar trouble on my Xbox. I even tried on seasonal and eternal. He asks me to follow him, but doesn’t go anywhere, stalling any progress I can make. I have tried switching difficulties as suggested in the forums, but it still has done nothing to fix the issue.
