I purchased the Diablo IV Ultimate DLC directly from the in-game store on Xbox.
The first time after buying it, the DLC worked correctly and I was able to access the content. However, after closing the game and logging back in with the same Xbox account, the game started behaving as if I do not own the expansion.
The in-game store no longer loads and shows error code 8013. The DLC appears as not owned, even though it is still visible in my purchase history. Because of this, I cannot access the expansion content, including the Paladin class (early access), and the game treats my account as if the DLC was never purchased.
I have already tried restarting the console, logging out and back in, and even switching accounts. When I use a different Xbox account, the store loads normally, but when I return to my main account the error comes back.
This seems to be a license or account entitlement issue tied to my Xbox/Blizzard account. The DLC was purchased successfully, but the license is not being recognized after relogging.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
