I am facing the same issue as well. I purchased the ultimate edition and did not receive any of the bundle items and showing as you cant buy this product.
Same issue, just purchased add-on from PS5. The base game I have Disc copy. After refresh/restart , still it is showing locked and can’t play with new Character.
Same issue here with me. The in game store also isn’t allowing me to purchase the game either
I have the same issue but all of mine are digital for the PS5. I bought the deluxe pre-order but the game is telling me I have to buy the expansion again. Even the PS store is saying I have not paid foe it, but i have the mount and dog

I can’t buy the game via the Battlenet Store and link it to my PSN Account. I can only buy the PC version. There is no option to buy it for the PS5 Account and pay with the Credit i have.
