As i said before it seems the only way to purchase vessel of the hatred, is via digtal download which also means the main gane as well. If they were going to do this they should of done what, BG3 did and made it a digtal download only rather than a hard copy.
I imagine they’ll eventually get their crap together and fix this because it seems that all physical copy PS5 users are having the no ownership message and purchase issue. Hopefully fix this soon.

Same problem here. PS5 and physical version of D4. Can‘t spend my money to hop on the new mount. Please fix that.

Same problem in Italy. At this point is obvious that Sony did something wrong but only Blizzard can solve this.

Same issue here, own physical copy on PS5, can’t pre-order expansion. This is a serious issue for disc owners if not fixed. Having to buy a digital version of the game just to get the expansion would be beyond rude. We paid just as much as everyone else.

Just so you guys know, I have the digital only PS5, have owned D4 for over a month now (obviously digital version) and it also says unavailable for all three pre orders of vessel. Pretty annoying seeing everyone run around with new pets and wings lmao

Same problem here. With the game running it tells me that I don’t have the game to be able to buy the expansion. I have restored the licenses and it hasn’t worked, nor does deleting and reinstalling the game work. Sony doesn’t respond and Blizzard sends me to Sony. Endless problem.

Same here came to find out how come have physical copy on 1 ps5 and digital on another and both say the same thing hope its fixed soon want to get the new mount

It clearly has to be a Playstation thing, cause on Xbox and Pc there are no issues. Sony blaming someone else is easy offcourse.

Yeah, this is disappointing, I think a lot more players own the physical copies of D4! I hope Bliz or Sony fix this soon as they are actually potentially missing out on the mass pre-purchasers of the expansion from us hard-copyers. I was so ready to pre-purchase, but alas my money was spent else where.

I have buyed the diablo 4 vessel of hatred and it say its unavailable and i see i got some pet but did i get all i need to have i did buy the stander edition of it. So i think its strange
And thats on ps5
