This item can drop from wardwoven 10 chest. It is not locked to ice beastie. I just got it getting carried by a nice person in a tier 49 vault dungeon.
I loaded up pearls and had just enuf at end.

You now need to review the new Meteor build.
ITs tons of fun in AOE but vs duriel and such its not great so far but I have 5 to 6 glyph to level so maybe some hope.
I think u want esu aspect in amulet ( i love attacking fast with firewalls) then u can spam firewalls like mad while not doing meteors as long as a meteor crits and these firewalls make more meteors.
You want ice blades and meteor enchant. Ice blades lets u spam more meteors with the enchant with 20% of its CD to other skills and you having 2-3 up all the time which just all stack on itself so u are just mashing buttons constantly. Its pretty epic and flashy right now. Fire everywhere. If you dont like ice blades idea firewall is good enchant too.
So yah its good enuf for good time right now. Just did a vault 50 no problem.
Skills:
1 Meteor
2 Ice Blades
3 Teleport
4 Inferno (if using rainment you might want lightning spear here for stuns instead)
Left - Ice Armor
Right - Firewall (you need something to do with resources)
Enchant:
1 Meteor
2 Ice Blades
No hydra as it doesnt have a CD.
