Why is there still a Gem Salvage bug at this stage of the season 9/6/26?

I thought this was resolved weeks ago. I just went to the Jeweler to quickly unsocket some Emerald gems for my newly configured chest piece. I salvaged all my Emeralds to see if I could create new Grand level for my new chest. GULP, the salvage BUG ate all my gems! Instead of at least 2 Grands and several Royals, now only emeralds are available!!! That’s 90 -60 dexterity down to 30 in a character @ 266 Paragon who defeated T12 Mephisto on a “weak” PS5 not an easier PC version.

I think there’s also an issue where if you scrap a grand, you don’t get the same amount of powder you use to make it. You lose a whole bunch. At least that’s what happened to me a few times. I’m not sure if they ever fixed that.
