Recurring issue: when viewing any window that scrolls (gear, aspect, skills, etc), the right stick scroll function is frequently unresponsive. It’s impossible to see the bottom of windows when this happens, such as sorcerer enchantment, descriptions, item value/durability, etc. Sometimes closing out the game temporarily resolves it. I don’t know what triggers it.
The current instance of this issue refuses to be resolved. Closed game. Restarted console. Same result every time I log back in.
