Problem fixed! SOLUTION

Ok, after weeks of crashes, blue screens, reinstalls, reformats, burned out hard drive I finally found the solution. The order you do this in is important. First uninstall D4 completely and any cache or leftover files. Uninstall battlenet. Fully power off whatever hardware youre playing on and unplug the power cable and hdmi cord. Once thats complete plug everything back in, and boot in safemode. Rebuild databases for consoles and update bios for PC. From this point go into your control panel and defrag your harddrive. Reinstall battlenet as administrator. Now, this is important. Take your vehicle to the nearest mechanic. Get your oil changed, air filter replaced, and a tire alignment. Next, go to the bank and take out a small personal loan. Once thats done go to your local grocery store. This is the MOST IMPORTANT step. Buy one avacado, two tomatoes, and a pear tree. Go home, you MUST run atleast one stop sign. Once home start redownloading Diablo 4. While its downloading plant the pear tree somewhere in your yard. By now the game should be installed so now its time to update. Update the game and wait till your pear tree bears 3 ripe pears. Eat one, give the other two to a homeless man. Once all of this is done, you should finally still not be able to play or enjoy a game you spent $70+ dollars on. Give Diablo a 5 star rating, beg for forgiveness from Blizzard then repeat the process. After doing this a few hundred times youll finally get to enjoy the fruits of your labor, so go back to the grocery store, buy an apple, sit down, eat it and cry while you wait for Blizzard to fix their horrible programmed and optimized game that was way overpriced to begin with and sit down, pop on twitchtv, and watch the very small part of the community that somehow isn’t having issues play through the first season, which you will not be able to.

I hope this helps everyone who is having issues. Personally, I just deleted it, will not redownload it, and Blizzard scammed me out of $70, so congratulations. We got played.

Am confused, I sacrificed 3 goats and I still have crashes? Please help?

I hope you don’t leave it at that and punish them for it.

Ive filed numerous BBB complaints and asked both Blizzard and Sony for refunds. Theyve made it very clear they don’t care and won’t take care of customers who feel ripped off. Itll be fixed when they decide.

But, crap, I forgot about the goats! Dont skip that step. Just sacrifice one on a blood altar, should work.
