My clanmate is not seeing their halo/title. We competed together. I am on PC. She is on PSN. Why did I get rewards and she did not?

fix these rewards to “account bound” and make them permanent. Hc loses halo/title upon death? I need to make 5 barbs and swap gear to all my barbs then compete on all barbs just to keep my halo safe?
Some people report that by selecting - deselecting crossplatform can cause issues in general or that you had to compete also in the solo ladder so to gain the rewards for party ladders.
There are issues with Halo and Title in general, even in SSF both PC and consoles.
Wudijo’s rogue is rank 2 in HC SSF global ladder and he got no halo neither the title.
Also it’s unclear if it is like the Gauntlet or not, so if rewards are per platform ladder or global ladder.
