Premium Battle Pass not working

Hi,

I bought the Premium Battlepass with free 20 tiers skip, but to my surprie it’s not working.

The battle pass is there, but the game registers it as a regular one, so did I spent almost 3 times as much on it ang got screw or am I doing something wrong.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I have the option to “activate accelerated” but it says my premium battle pass is inactive…

I’m having the same problem. Bought the ultimate edition but my season pass says inactive.

Same issue here. I have the Deluxe edition, shows “activate accelerated” but also shows “Premium Battle Pass Inactive”. Pretty sure that’s one of the things that was supposed to be included in my edition that I paid for.

Just chiming in to say I’m experiencing the same. My buddy got his 20 skips. I did not. We both bought the same package. I’m looking for things to get excited about for this season, but my god…

I’m experiencing the same issue. Should have the premium unlock from the digital deluxe preorder and not able to unlock it.

Still no improvements on my end sadly. Was hoping giving it some time would sort it out but it’s still not giving me the skips/ability to activate.

Got the same problem. At this point there are even videos on youtube showing how it should work and it is not working. Bought accelerated pass and yet it shows only premium access is active.

Have to make sure you activate it. Then click on each tier up to 20, aside from those that require progress.

Mine seemed to work fine anyway. *shrug

The issue is some of us aren’t even getting the option to activate it because the game’s not registering we have it. Store page says we own it, in game says we don’t. Glad yours is working though mate.

Same. We bought the ultimate but doesn’t even have any signs that a battle pass even exists on the game. PlayStation store says we have it though. Smh

Do I have to use my accelerated pass to use my premium pass? Not ready to use my tier skips, but want the premium pass active.

I think they are bundled? Mine kinda just did it automatically.

Those of you affected, is this only on consoles? Just curious.

I am on PS5 console, purchased the premium battle pass today on launch, and now I am unable to select anything within the Season tab.

Before I could check the rewards, the journey, etc. Now the white box when things are see red doesn’t even show up and I can’t claim or review anything. A bit frustrating.
