same thing happened here. 49 Potent Blood across 8 items that i’m losing out on.
I just realized that all of my Vamp powers are maxed out. I did not have this issue prior to maxing them out. Could this be the issue we are all describing? After maxing out, I really don’t need any more.
same here also. Please fix it and give free blood for the inconvenience 
It seems ridiculous to add another instance on top of how many are already here, but happened to me today. I’m in the underroot, in the Chambers of offering and did the sidequest helping the singe survivor next to the fountain of blood. There are 56 potent blood that’s dropped, but it’s dropped right in the very center of the fountain. There’s no way to get to it!
This happens to me at every blood fountain. Only one I see that works is in the vampire zones if you stay the entire hour do the ones in the first 30 mins and when the zone resets in the last 30 mins the fountains will be gone and you’ll be able to pick it up.

I am having the same issue as other players it’s very frustrating because these are Quest rewards and I’ve done three quests and had all three of them end up the same way before I decided to report it as a bug and learned that it was already a known issue. They are not repeatable and that is a lot of potent blood to lose out on so I’m a little frustrated as far as I can tell it’s only happening with the fountains they result in all of the blood being stacked in the center of the fountain in an inaccessible space. I’m going to stop doing the vampire Quest until there’s a patch for this but it’s very frustrating.
Two things: You’ll earn plenty of Potent Blood, so I wouldn’t sweat it.
Also, if you really want the Potent Blood that’s stuck in the middle of the fountain, try using a skill that transports you. I just used my barbs skill, leap, to leap straight over the fountain and collect them.

been having this problem regularly. sorcerer teleport and dash do not collect it like this despite what mr strong barbarian above me says
LAWRD really I am suppose to be able to punch Lily like a ragdoll, but I can’t get a bottle from a fountain? Really I have a pet racoon that can do that IRL.

Solid job with season 2. I wait a month or so for bugs to get fixed, do the first quest in the Vampire thing, and can’t loot the reward. It’s stuck in a fountain and I can’t pick up the potent blood.
You sure this game is ready for production yet?

Stop linking to this, the hotfix clearly isn’t working properly given that it’s over 24 hours since the post.
the world fountains are working i notice, but the quest one from the seasonal quest line doesn’t let you walk through it to collect the blood, is all i have noticed since hotfix
Seasonal quest fountain broken, first one you are forced to use in the beginning of the seasonal questline at the end of the dungeon, all blood in the middle unable to be picked up even after hotfix.
Whatever bandaid fix they made sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Better than nothing, but they are aware of the issue and are working on a full fix.
This glitch is still happening. The hotfix has not totally fixed the issue. Cannot progress in basic main since I can’t pick up the blood.
Just chiming in to say this bug is still happening. Just occurred in the questline at Hallows’ End playing as druid.

Just did quest at hallow’s end and was unable to pick up the potent blood for the questline.

Blizzard made a bandage fix for the fountains in Blood Harvest by making them no-clip so you can walk through them, but I didn’t remember that there was a questline that needed it.
I think we finished ours before the blood dropping in the fountain was an issue. I can see why people would be angry over this. Not sure why they didn’t fix the dungeon fountains too, but I’ve not personally had an issue with the fountains NOT being phantom now since the hotfix…

I just did hallows end quest and the potent blood is in the fountain and I cannot pick it up.
