Again, as I stated above, use your town portal and then go back through it, and you should be able to grab your blood. It might take more than one town TP, but the fountain will eventually change to a different event there. This is just a temp solution until they get the issue fixed, so you can at least collect your blood.
Happened to me as well twice just today, and i still have a few hours before i pass out from playing too much diablo 4 so i can get to level 100.

That works if it happens in a zone, but when it happens in a dungeon there isnāt a way to pick up the blood. It is lost and it is bollocks that it hasnāt been fixed since they broke it.

I agree that it happening in a dungeon is bullcrap. Hopefully they fix it quickly, but I think they might be making a list and going through it to make a hotfix or a bigger patchā¦ nothing gets fixed overnight unless it has to do with duping.
Iāve encountered the same issue several times (5+) in the past 24 hours.
All potent blood drops from any blood well in the game stucks in the middle of the blood well and can not be picked up
Pitching my hat in the ring for this annoyance as well. Impossible to recover when it happens in a dungeon.

I too am having this issue. Iāve lost so much potent blood already.
i took a screen shot of this but iām not sure how to post that shows that blood stacks in an inaccessible location.
This has been happening to me and even though I have stayed in the same area I do not recall ever seeing the well disappear so I could pick up the blood later.
Happening to me as well. Very frustrating.
Really tho, currently at a 100% cannot collect potent blood from blood wells (in dungeons) rate.
How hard is this to fix fr?
- Set to drop outside of well.
- Increase loot magnet.
- Identify as unique so it delivers through our stash.
Nearly out of things to spend them on anyway, so may as well create a crafter/vendor for that too/P
+1 to the bug. Ive witnessed this impact a lot people in the overworld so this is probably happening very often and is under reported.
I have ran into the issue multiple times since the update that when I unlock a blood fountain all the potent blood is located directly in the middle of it and cannot be collected. Maybe we will get a fix, Iām losing out on a lot of upgrade mats.
Happened to me just now. I have lost well over 50 blood at this point (just started my season) and I will be out more as the seasonal content continues.
