Same. Wells rewarding potent blood that can’t be picked up. The event with the well in dungeons is also doing the same for me.
This happened to me as well in several dungeons .
Unfortunately, I have the same problem. The blood cannot be collected because it is in the middle of the well
Same in Tomb of Hallows
Yeah, happens to me all the time since a few days ago, The vials pop in the middle of the well, unreachable. They used to spawn around the perimeter of the well, not anymore. This is open world and dungeons.

Beyond annoying just started an alt can’t get it.
Same thing happened here, twice.
Was just coming here to report same thing. Twice on the two blood wells I’ve encountered so far.
It is lacking on Blizzard to have not fixed this yet. I’ve just had it happen again, on a character I have gotten blood from a well on fine before, but it happened in a dungeon this time.
Yep. I’m also experiencing this issue. I’m hoping that they can get it fixed quickly! 75% of the wells I drained yesterday did this, which led to me missing out on over 150 potent blood vials.
Keeps happening to me too, stay away from wells for now.

I can’t help but think this bug was introduced when they split the blood into multiple stacks for no apparent reason.
What sucks is this wasn’t broken before but now I’ve missed out on hundreds of blood because of it.
I’ve had it happen today as well in a NM dungeon event, when running Whispering Vault

Gosh darn it BLIZZ!!! FIX THIS NOW!!! I want my damn potent blood!!! P0 gogogo
Just managed to get round this. Used the blood fountain and all the potent blood spawned in the middle. The Blood Harvest then moved zones, and I was able to town portal and return immediately and the fountain had despawned, but the potent blood was still there.

TPing to town and back has been my go-to for grabbing the blood from the fountains… usually when i return, the event is changed from fountain to something else and I can pick up the blood and go about my journey. I have yet to require more than one trip, but if it stays as a fountain event, I would just complete it, TP to town and back, and pick up both stacks.
