Silent patching is confusing the community on what is working and what is not. Temerity for example. It was clearly not working in the way that the 1.1.1 patch stated and I came back 2 weeks later and now it does work. There are no patch notes stating that it was finally fixed.
They literally announce these changes in various notes on the official website as Vortexz demonstrated.
It will still always be trash without any defenses.
