Continuing the discussion from Using some abilities via controller interrupts player movement:
Please Fix PC Controller Support…
PC, Xbox One Elite 2 Controller,
If I walk around and press Mage Teleport (if its on CD) the character stops moveing.
Same with walking and casting Chain Lightning (if mana is to low) character stops moveing and does nothing.
Its the same if you use WASD Movement, it does not happen if you use Mouse movement
I’m also having major issues with controller support on PC.
Example:
I press A to interact with NPC. I press A again to advance dialog, but A opens a window in the lower right.
Also, LB and RB don’t work as expected on the character screen.
Basically, playing on PC with a controller is impossible for me right now.
Worked fine in Season 2.
I think Gamepass is causing some weird issues. A wired PS4 controller doesn’t get recognized if I launch through Gamepass. Launching through Battle.net without Gamepass open the controller works but the inputs are all wonky and unplayable. The fix for me is to launch Steam first and/or use DS4 windows.
UPDATE - Exiting Steam resolved my controller issues on PC, since I play Diablo 4 through the Blizzard launcher.
Not experience issue as I am using PS5 controller with PC, battlenet client. Maybe Steam issue?
