so first of all, the pit favours the single target dmg builds, the trash feels too weak compared to the boss, the bosses should get a 20-30% hp nerf while the trash stays the same. this will make it more balanced between AOE and single target builds.
also the oneshot shadow mechanics needs to go, just add those stacks like on tormented bosses or lilith, so basically if you get hit 1 or 2 times, a third time will most likley kill you. because right now there is no big point for building defense on a sorc or other weaker classes. even the very tanky ones seem to die in one hit.

Pit and Pit Bosses need a MAJOR change. While most of the season 4 stuff is positive, the Pit boss is absolute cheating trash. Also, no materials for beating it outside the timer? That’s crap - and very inconsistent with the rest of the game where beating something within a timer nets you BONUS goodies everywhere else (Mastery) - should be the pathetic amount of materials granted if you beat it at all, and BONUS materials if you do it before the timer. I can’t tell you how many times I have cursed God and life over these pit bosses (and their OP shadow helpers that one-shot my otherwise carefully crafted and tanky necro), and the level of frustration overshadows any semblance of an enjoyable end-game. It’s already SO grindy of a game to get these masterwork materials, and to run pits that net you nothing? It’s trash, complete BS. It’s a good thing my copy of this game is digital, because I’m not sure I would have been able to resist the urge to take the disc outside and burn it from frustration at this point.
