Oneshots are fine. Now skill > gear. And this is how it should be. Everyone has dodge and should use it. In other way there is no posibility how to balance boss dmg against barb that got more then 100k hp and other class who reach only 25k. If boss instead oneshot will hit for 15k this will be still huge dmg for a sorc but silly dmg for a barb. Oneshots on few attacks just made game fair and challenging for everyone.
