People are not getting my friend requests. I am on Xbox
Whenever I send friend requests, people do not receive them, but they can add me. This has only been happening this season.
I have double checked my connection. I am wired and have an open nat type, and I have crossplay and and enable quick join enabled. I am not suspended or banned and never have been. I play on a Series X if that makes a difference. I am not at the friend limit.
Any suggestions? It makes finding a group and trading more difficult than it needs to be.
Sometimes I can’t even send party invites. None of these problems happen with any other game or app.
I tried sending friend requests via the battle net app, and it just says “Oops, something went wrong.”
Apparently the issue lies with the number of friend requests, and not clearing them. The issue is that the ONLY way you can clear them is through the battlenet desktop launcher. Otherwise the option does not exist in game, or on the mobile battlenet app.
When I researched this issue, the battlenet website gave me “solutions” which did not exist, and when I tried to report the issue, it directed me to these forums, which isn’t useful, as others are also having this issue. There is no indication that is has been picked up by the developers, and no way to submit a big/issue. So that’s that then. I can’t send friend requests anymore.
