PC crash on Teleport

Ok, since posting this six hours ago i have undergone extensive testing in multiple ways.
The short version of my answer, you have a serious memory leak…
I am not going to get into alot of the details or my personal feelings about who made the call to release the expansion KNOWING, this was lurking in the code… So i will just say. You devs are good at what you do and deliver some of the highest ranking wizardry when it comes to coding, i know, because i have witnessed it. So please, Fix this issue. You got this! Until that time, i cannot play as much as i want to. Testing alone has undergone more stress than i would have liked.
Anyway. Much love blizz.

Update

So having trouble shot this all night long, i hopefully have patched (as much as i can on my ends) the issue that is causing background resources to be chewed up like candy through bios tweaks, update, chipset (tailoring), and various other attempts.
The problem is i have now lost 40% performance.
I used to get nearly 154+ fps in EVERY area except town, where it would only drop to around 130. (Minus nehantu, voh killed the game, in a technical sense) I am still using mostly the same in game mostly max setting’s, no fsr (Never, it makes games look like dump). Over many hours, I have tailored many drivers (including Nvidia drivers) with the specific interrupts i previously had, to achieve such performance on a 1080 3800X.
I have talked to multiple people now having the same issue and they have two things in common. Ryzen systems, G-skill trident-Z neo. Never had problems before this last hotfix.
Also many of them reported a cmd script flashing over there screen as they were playing for a nano second. I have some suspicions about microsoft and nvidia, but i will leave out speculation.

My conclusion is this: When i play, i feel like shutting the game off because of the performance hit. I am a performance snob. The performance was so good before i never monitored it after i realized how optimized it was and instead only monitored ping issues and the resolution of them through choosing when and where to portal/zone travel. I quit playing games strictly because of performance. That is the first thing that matters to me in a game. If our immersion is constantly being broken by performance issues, than we dont have ANY immersion at all.
Sad because i literally just bought VOH a few days ago and was VERY impressed and looking forward to reporting against alot of the naysayers when it came to the story and lore. I will try to continue to play, but this feeling wont go away.
Not until the devs iron out whatever carved away a 40% performance loss for everyone, apparent memory leaks, causing game/system crashes. While everyone is allocating there time to POE (which i love) i wanted to give VOH and the season a serious go. Right before this issue arose, i got two mythic drops. (I have only ever gotten one mythic to drop) I was so happy because i have played nearly every season (Except season one) and strict SSF , only offering to others if they need but never taking from them. This was the first time i actually broke my own rule before this happened and was willing to start trading (To no avail). I usually stay in the PC only with no communication and no crossplay, having the world mostly to myself. I really hope you fix this issue soon blizz. It’s actually plagueing a number of people and ruining your hard work.

Another Update

My Fps is literally cut in half.
The game is micro stuttery.
When enemies are around me it tanks the FPS.
Whatever you all did with this last update destroyed performance.
