Surely you know the answer already!
I hope the changes cant be datamined, and there is an actual day 1 patch 5 minutes before the game releases. That will be fun.
As for the changes themselves, based on the tidbits I have heard about endgame balance, it sounds like there is plenty to do for Blizzard in this patch.
