Blizz normally patches things at 10am pacific on actual patch day, did I miss a memo somewhere?

they broke the patch already lol
Big season patches and mid-season patches are usually at 10, smaller patches can be anywhere from 10 am to 2 pm.

what are the patch notes for this forthcoming disaster
If you’re on PC scroll to the top and hit NEWS. If you’re on Mobile scroll to the top, hit the three bars on the top left and select Patch Notes.
of course i’m on PC why would i navigate the internet in any other way
