Patch Crash, lost HC character

Due to the latest patch, I immediately crash, I lost my HC character. this is the first time in 20 years something like this occurred (I have the screenshots as well) where my HC died as soon as I got in an undercity. I have screenshots to show blizzard. Help out Blizzard let me know what you need. I know I cant be the only HC character that experienced this

You are not, there are many players in same situation as you, me included. This patch is really terrible :frowning:

I may actually be done playing this game, I actually like.
Why haven’t the servers been rolled back?

I’m not even effected by this as I’m at work.
This is completely unacceptable.

I have never made an HC character in this game just for the reasons you all died from. I’d have broken pc’s left and right .

Man, I lost 60-70% of mine characters cause of DC or crash this season cause no more scroll of escape, this devs never give a **** about HC players
-Citadel with million “oneshot” mechanics
-Boss damage debuff stack that litretally doesn’t allow u to play against bosses if u’re not oneshoting him and not skipping mechanics
-Crash / DC
-Scroll of escape more rare then any uber Myth

I really enjoy the game, but the techical part and “balance of HC” it’s just… just something

Since this game’s release, I had never experienced a crash. However, I recently changed some Windows settings, specifically enabling Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling in the Graphics Settings for Windows. After that, I started experiencing frequent crashes—about once an hour. This made playing Hardcore mode significantly more stressful.

I played an entire weekend like this, assuming it was caused by a recent patch from Blizzard. Then, I realized the crashes might be related to my settings change. After disabling Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, I haven’t had a single crash in the last three days.

It might just be a coincidence, but I thought sharing this could help someone else.
