Paragon concept

I think I am getting it. So if necro is int/wil mainly. Boards will be int/will cost to activate? So a necro might want to focus on things with int and will requirements?

and dex. Only str is pointless as necro.

and you do not focus the boards, they all have these 3 as requirements

You purchase nodes with paragon points (220 max), you can enter any node with them and benefit from it. Rare and legendary nodes can provide additional bonus of some sort if additional requirements (being some stat at proper lvl) are meet. Due to fact that requirement goes up with each new started board, you want to start from board which will provide you bonus power for your lowest stat and move to boards with higher requirements, as your main and secondary stats will be higher.

that still depends, since you will want to activate rare nodes that provide the most benefit to your build first, since you know you will have no trouble meeting those reqs.

That is theorycrafting. If you will not sacrifice any power as result of such “quick” power grab - fine, otherwise I would get out of my way to make wholesome build from the start, which at this moment - we wont be able to do without 3rd party sites : )

And is it really that much of a stat difference between the boards?

About 120-140 per board if I remeber well?

true you can do the full theory endgame build order right away. but i would advise against it, since availability of gear is a huge factor as well. So tailoring for lower gear stats, and respeccing later might be more beneficial.

Will wait for a more detailed guide on this, not really making sense to me.

yes its not that easy system if you go into the optimizing part, it has a lot to consider.

I hope, but doubt that we get one considering how easier mechanics are not clearly explained or consistently presented in UI (lucky hit example). We shall see.

i mean, its probably np if you make mistakes in it, if your not gunning for high nightmare dungeon clears. But those are a clear goal to me, so this stuff interests me:)
