Paladin Wing Strike Damage Bug?

Hi guys

My eternal Paladin’s wing strikes have dropped from 70 billion to 2 billion. I’ve read the patch notes and there is nothing in it that should cause this drop.

Brandish is still producing 13 billion per hit.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Any input would be appreciated.

Charms are broken for it. If you are using Epiphany, it’s dead.
