lords of the fallen art style would not match D4’s, its kind of important that there is connection, so for extreme example it doesn’t look like Mario in D4.
When I think Paladin, Albion art comes to mind. High polish. Whites & Reds. Sharp edges and round squares. Clean cut. Pure & radiant…
I am sure they will get right on that for you.
That all sounds fine, just as long as we don’t need to see his nipples on every 2nd piece of armour.
There’s plenty of heavy plate npcs, that is your crusader / paladin model

A plate knight with bloody vines has absolutely everything to do with Diablo 4, especially with the fall of Inarius.
So i ask again, you genuinely think hallowed knight (lords of the fallen) aesthetic doens’t match D4?

(I do think this should be an option for those that want it, but totally understand the bulk of the group wanting an option NOT to look like this…especially in diablo gruesome genre).

If you go to a site like diviantart search for Elric paladin. Thats always a fun direction
Maybe it will be like the Swiss Guard and be super colorful. Also it would fit well with shields being necro only so the paladin could be halberd class.
Thats a good point, just like necromancers, paladins must have option to play as two handed.

Character models should be all very high charismatic looking characters (like how in Dungeons & Dragons you needed a 17 pre req.) I envision lean, taller than average people of all races. Hair styles need to be uniform. This is an Order of Paladins not dirty drunks.
I want them to make a peasant Character to wear me garbage gear with? His special abilities come with Cabbage 
throwing and demoralizing shouts…

Maybe it will be the Guerilla warrior class? I don’t think they have confirmed that the new class is paladin.
I just meant in the fact that the art styles are different, even 2014 lords of the fallen, has a more realistic style, D4 is stylised dark fantasy imo,

Look at the vampric armour for example, it’s dark but looks stylised ,like there is a dash of graphic novel to the style,
