The issue isn’t the overpower nerf. It’s the balance. Everyone can more or less agree overpower was too strong. Bringing down the top builds is healthy.
What blizzard keeps messing up is not bringing the bottom up. Druid was gutted since the stat squish. Abusing overpower since. Now there’s nothing. They need to balance the game. Bring up the bottom. They are doing a terrible job at balance for the sake of seasonal content.
I say it every season but they need to sit down with an excell sheet and do math. They have isolated aspects that do increased damage for 1 specific thing. Buff those for the bad builds. We saw this for meteor and incinerate in s8.
It’s not that they can’t or it’s hard, it’s changing 1 line of code from a 40 to 100. It’s that it won’t make them money.
