Out of memory after start playing character

I’ve got out of memory after making character and after restart out of memory when i start play. Before i was scanning and repair installation files

Yep me too i have 32gbs of ram and nothing else running disabled most stuff from task startup too still same issue

ok ive install new drivers restart my computer an now 96 minutes left to logon hahah so probably i will pass for today :smiley:

Same error. AMD 5600X and RX5700 with latest driver

Same here. GTX3060 with 24 gigs of ram

maybe its related to AMD CPUs… streamers are playing…

Same error 2700X CPU 1080 Ti GPU 32 GB DDR4. Have had it happen twice so far, the second time after an 80 minute wait to log back in after a file scan.

got same out of memory error 3 times now, 9900K 32gb mem + 3090, game only consumes 10-14gb mem at given time

As I updated in another post (D4 out of memory - #25 by AaGeOn-21557) I reduced my graphics quality to medium, including textures which seems to be the big one following advice provided here (https://www.reddit.com/r/Diablo/comments/11tvsxa/massive_memory_leak/) and it seems to be stable. If it crashes again due to the same problem I will post further updates.

Give it a shot the next time you get back in…

thanks i will try now i was playing and after first boss out of memory again :smiley:

problem is not on your side … last year a lot of people had crashes due to memory leaks … game eats way too much memory …
standard tools says the game using 5-10GB of RAM … but i am running other tool and that says that diablo is using 22GB of RAM … sometimes i have spikes about 26GB.
