Actually it does, with a workaround. You have to reqiup it after changeing regions, or undo a point in any skeletal mastery, than re-add it.

I found at least 6 this season, and I barely played. Did you announce you were looking anywhere? I would have gladly given you one.
EVERY Ring was either Mendeln or Mother’s Embrace. I think I got two Sacrilegious.
