How about you read the post. The dude joined a group. You never know what builds are people running.

I’ve got to 275+ with my Heartseeker Victimize. I actually felt the progression through the entire thing.
The evade was created not long ago just to triple crit my Rogue gear. I can farm NMDs in 2 mins or 4 if I do events. Undercity is done with my Rogue, too.
For obducite purpose, evade is the go to. I’d do it quick… heard some fixes are coming to Spiritborn ( ;
I didn’t say I was having fun, I said I made it to farm obducite. Evading and killing monsters beyond my screen is not fun, it is just efficient. Lightning Spear Sorc from S5 at least was interactive with the cooldowns plus way more flashy. Evading is just… evading.

Well actually. Realistically, it also creates issues out in the open world when 15 grease lightning goes zooming bye and it’s like… Oh ok… Guess I’ll just go back to town and do nothing

Pits as they are currently designed are going to be like this no matter what. The fastest build is going to just be way ahead of everyone else getting 95% of the kills and everyone else will left to clean up the trash, if they get a chance. The sheer large number of linear layouts with just a big open layout sprinkled in results in exactly this.
But to be fair, I thoroughly enjoyed running with a Evade setup after getting myself to 295+. I was actively looking for them after that, so i could just chill and watch TV. I’m just sad i didnt make one myself back in the 270ish range. The only bad times were when an undergeared Evade setup would try to run 105-110 and all they ended up doing was fear and spread out everything in the entire run and kill almost nothing. But in the 80-90 range it was awesome. Consistent 1min runs and worked out to about 35% more exp per hour than two Quill setups.
Start a Pit group and use the option to allow non-Vessel party members only. You’re probably not going to get a group quickly (/shrug, I’ve never tried it), but that’s the only nice way I can think of for you to not deal with SB atm. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
The flash build is insanely fun to play. Pretty much the only reason I’m still playing. Gonna use it to hit 300 paragon.

How does it play with a controller? I don’t use K+B on pc games and I’ve been having fun with the crushing hand build thus far.
Suppose I can swap out a few things and give it a try…
It plays very well on controller, but unfortunately you can’t hold down evade. I got tired of pressing the button a million times per day, so I bought a mouse with a free-spinning mouse wheel - the Logitech G502 SE.
I can spin the mouse wheel and it continues spinning for a good 10-15 seconds. Tied to evade all I have to do is spin it once in a while and press 1-4 occasionally while holding down right click (Thunderspike does the animation cancel on evade so you go faster). It’s super chill.
You can see in this video that I’m barely even using my skills and I’m able to clear pit 90 in 55 seconds, and my gear is not all that special:

There’s so many things wrong with what you just said.
The problem isn’t the evade build. It’s the team. Have the evade go straight to the second stage without killing anything. He starts killing on floor 2 while you and the others full clear floor 1. Now your runs are 60 seconds or less. You’re welcome.
If he cleared floor 1 in 10 seconds the. That means you guys are running 20 second pits. Which is not possible. And you probably wouldn’t be complying at that rate because you’d be on the fast track to lvl 300. If you think evade is fast try swapping out scourge (your wasted stat that does nothing for you) for rushing claw or soar. You can go much faster than an evade with this. Also, run DOK rogue. Again, much faster than evade.
Why you bother join a group if you have issue on how others play the game?
You must have issue of others driving Ferrari on the street too.

See the video at the bottom of my previous post. Theres no build in the game that’s anywhere close to that fast. It’s way faster than a DoK Rogue and it one-shots everything along the way. Fell Soothsayer crits for 400-500 billion and I’m already past those mobs.
Grouping is essentially pointless because I clear the floor while flying through it even in pit 90. Once my gear gets better I’ll be able to solo pit 100 in less than a minute.

Wow sucks for you, I have no issues playing. Have you tried restarting your PC? Not sure what you are competing with, its a single player game with one coop dungeon for cosmetics.
I cant imagine feeling my whole game is ruined due to another class. You might want to adjust your meds, its just a game
Yes, it’s extremely fast and powerful as an AOE build, but it’s single target damage sucks. It’s 20-30 Pit levels lower than Quill Volley (for me at least, with sub-optimal gear). For this reason, I use it primarily for Infernal Hordes farming. This is a tedious chore and this build mitigates the tedium a bit.
Sorry this build is ruining your fun in group Pits but personally, I find Pits more tedious than IH and if I got into a group that cleared it for me, I would be grateful. That’s just me though.
