Experienced the same issue playing on PC, killed tormented boss with my season 5 character but didn’t receive any resplendid spark. The first tormented boss I killed was Lord Zir, it was solo, after that I’ve killed several others both in party and solo, no spark received other than the one from reputation track. Please investigate what might cause this to happen.
