Not only boss, everything in pit nerfed!

Wasn’t the pit in general supposed to be a place to test your build/skills because they wanted to make nmd100 very accessible? Why are a 100 levels of pit necessary before you get to the point that the pit was designed for in the first place?

I earned all my items but I can tell you as someone who has no lifed this season, the gear I see some people with, there is just no way they didn’t use a trade website.

Its called spending several hours a day playing and adding a touch of luck. Very easily doable if you are willing to invest the time. Not everyone is willing to rely on dodgy websites or go through the hassle of it all, and then, rely on the fact of not meeting an even dodgier person to trade with.

I played streamer type hours this season. I only have gotten 1 good 3xGA. On 5 classes at 100, only 2/5 had decent amulets and nothing with the +4/+4/+3 things I see on some players.

I have almost all ubers and zero have had GAs.

I have bricked SO many GA items this season it doesn’t feel like when I get a GA that I will actually be able to use it, because 9/10 times, I cannot.

Regardless, I am still having a blast because I am not a pit pusher and everything else in game I can blast and have fun with.

I don’t use trade websites but I know people who do. My buddy sold a 3GA for like 500mil early on. I don’t judge that. I actually wish we had an AH to make it so everyone could buy/sell what they want.

Lol It took me almost 4 months to get my first uber playing 4 or 5 hours a day and since then I have had 2 more with hundreds and hundreds of duriel runs. I am not lucky but I do have perseverance. It does pay off in the end.

Depends what level you was doing the changes much bigger in lower pits much less in higher. yeah a 110 pit feels like a 100 now. But a 120 feels like a 115 a 130 feels like a 128.
Change was just to help garbage players get masterworks it really changes nothing for people already doing 100+ except a little clear time speed in 100-110 still not effective to go up ANY if it takes like more than 10 seconds more you lose efficiency.

We knew the pit would be nerfed, but it feels like it went much farther than we were told originally. I’ve been doing 91’s for the past few days just to farm mats for my gear which was at least making me pay attention, and the boss fights were a slog. As of the update, I was smashing through it so fast I had to check and make sure I picked the right pit level because it felt like I had jumped back 40-50 levels. The boss didn’t even survive the first stagger bar.

Did they make these changes for the tormented bosses, too?

They also nerf the mats reward, a tier 101 pit gives 60 mats, but a tier 111 gives 64? and a 109 give 62? wasn’t it 70 at tier 111 yesterday?

We just dont have infinite paragon. We have infinite exp progression of some type, very d3.

Grifts capped at 150, no one doing 150 solo on a regular basis until the later seasoms but for the first 5 years wasnt achievable unless in group.

They didn’t nerf the monsters, you’ve just got extra power from the lowering of stat prerequisites on rare paragon nodes. Used to be by the 5th board you weren’t getting full power from the rare nodes, now they’re doubled. In addition, you got a buff to some paragon glyphs for most classes.

In other words, you were buffed, the monsters weren’t nerfed other than the Pit Bosses themselves.
