Seriously. I don’t understand the levels at all. My chain lightning sorceror is 40-something now; I tried switching from Normal to Hard and the difference is HUGE. Are you supposed to be max level before you can raise difficulty? I mean, it’s not IMPOSSIBLE to play on Hard, but it is unpleasant. Trash mobs that you should be able to blow through fairly quickly instead take several minutes, potions, and cooldowns. It makes an already slow grind feel even slower. And supposedly when you go from Normal to Hard your xp and gold etc. is supposed to increase 75% or something? I’m not seeing it. If it weren’t for those opal things from the realmwalker events, I’d be broke and even lower level.
