No paragon points from season rank 5 completion

I did not receive my capstone paragon points for completing season rank 5. I completed rank six shortly after and received those points so it’s gotta be something specific to rank 5

The same thing is happening to me.

Completed rank 5, but didn’t get those points. Completed rank 6 right after, got those points, but still didn’t get the points from rank 5. WTF Blizz?
