I may have missed it in the patch notes, but does the density increase start at a specific dungeon level / WT level? Because if not…
More density, please.

Some seem to be affected more than others. Some dungeons are still “walk through this door, kill two things. Walk through the next door, kill two things…”
I think they are still tweaking it. The density seems to vary in the same locations from day to day as if it is still being adjusted based on feedback or something.
The ghost levels have too much density actually
I normally farm lvl ~75 on my 91 rogue but i drop a full 10 tiers if its a heavy ghost level
Seriously its a bad change in some spots. There are over 20 ghosts sometimes, they pop up out of thin air often so you cant even prepare
Then they are heavily spread out in a large circle with archers at all ends snipping you
Yup. Well, just the red ghosts. The other ghosts are fine.
The other day I had 4 elites (ghosts) kill me. Then teleport on top of where I spawned over and over. They made a change and tested nothing. This was probably like a 39 NM dungeon, above my level at the time.
Im not sure of other players experience, i really like the idea of increased mobs density but in my case, every NMD that has increased mob density is usually the type of mobs i hate most i.e. Red Ghost, Ramming Cow, Poison Snake
Very very rarely i get Cannibals, Knights, Goats & etc which i love having in high density
