Nightmare Exploit… Ban All Plz

Too many have exploited the nightmare dungeon group garbage that has allowed them to cap level and gear extremely. Many I would assume are RMT accounts. If you have the time to nerf builds you should be able to ban accounts for exploiting the game. The garbage they do hurts the game far more than Barb whirlwind build. Well-known streamers abusing dungeon exp exploit during an in-game competition, as well as gaining huge advantages over players who can’t even play the game yet? Literally fountains of ancestral gear, tons of paragon points, and all of this during a supposed “competition” lol Are we just going to pretend this didn’t happen and sweep it under the rug because they are streamers? Dungeons resetting when you teleport to town

What the heck? I was getting near the end of a dungeon but my inventory was almost full. I decided to tele out to go salvage and come back in only to be put at the entance at a newly randomly generated dungeon. Is this intentions? I am pretty sure this was not a thing in the previous open betas. Now has it been a thing in previous diablo games.
