Nm dungeon monster level

Hey guys are monsters at nm level 31 level 85 or are they my character level of 74.
Only says 74 on my screen so not sure how it works. Thanks

NM dungeon monsters have the dungeon level +54. If you join a lvl 20 NM dungeon you will find there lvl 74 monsters.
Not sure if it is what you are asking tho. Gl out there!

NM31 + 54 = lvl 85 monsters.

Monster level is related to NM tier, not your character.

Thanks guys that answers it. Was just confused as it still says lvl 74 in the top corner

I get where the confusion is coming from. Next to the map it will show your character level, but when you target a monster it should show the level of 84.
That threw me off too
