Its seems i have an issue with the nightmare sigils drop or crafting. I cant get any higher then Tire 1. I am Tournament 2 in game , finished all quests , did many lvl1 Nightmare and still nothing. Only Tire 1
Sigils have no tiers, they scale to the tier you’re in.
