I paid for the $100 version of Diablo. After playing beta (one of the reasons for the purchase) and purchasing the sorcs “scantily clad” cosmetics during the first week of the games official release…I’m satisfied. Was it worth it? In hindsight, no.
Why? Not that there’s anything wrong with the cosmetics, but in my opinion, they’re just bland. Combine that with the fact that I was looking to spend money on a product that doesn’t have an expiration on its shelf life…
In regards to shelf life, how many times have they “balanced” this game? Answer: I don’t know, but what I do know is…how I built my character and well, it may not be viable with the next daily patch. Patches are going to destroy this games shelf life. If what happens today, can’t happen tomorrow…what’s the point of playing this game?
