Yes, my account works fine on PS5, but not with Steam.
Same issue here(Steam platform). Made a ticket.
Must be a problem with Steam ↔ Blizz/BNet… I asked my son to log in and Bnet Account work well.
with issues like this we should be able to have it on bnet for free if purchased through steam
