Fair point, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Even if we do get a holy warrior of some sort, people will complain it’s not the Paladin from D2 they loved, or the Crusader from D3, or even the Templar. It’ll be underpowered for 5 seasons, get one massive buff making a particular build OP for one season, then it’ll be forgotten again.
Actually you know what, bring on the Palasader/Crusadin, we could use some new content in these forums. I think I mute roughly 10 posts daily just about tempering problems.

Honestly 2 new classes in the expansion would have been nice. I guess that’s wishing for too much now-a-days.

Crazy I couldn’t sleep. I just had a dream that I was playing a new class that had a specialization like the rouge with three options to choose from. Paladin, Knight and Crusader. It was a real in depth dream of this archetype class. The Paladin having an aura that banished all killed and slowly drained/leeched life from enemies. It’s attacks inflicted something like a holy burn that stacked and exploded when bashed with a shield, kinda like the visual from God of War with the spear. The Knight had a helper/minion that was a squire or soldier that stayed and fought alongside him. His attacks did a weird blend of dark/cold damage that slowed. He had an attack where he thrust his 2 hand sword into a elite freezing it, following a wave of dark cold breeze/wind would draw in all around a circumference of the elite exploding doing damage to all.
The Crusader portion was a little vague but I do recall that specialization had a perm damage resist from being stout and its attacks had a fire damage output. What’s weird is the class, whatever its called had 3 slots for weapons no matter the specialization. A 1-Hand Weapon, a 2-Hand Weapon and a Shield. The class was not overly armored but wore medium plate/chain-mail and was fairly tall.
Maybe after a 4day drive from Cali to Florida I had Diablo on the mind and dreams followed. Anyway what a crazy dream…
