I have completed the campaign for Vessel of Hatred and have the achievement for completing the campaign unlocked; however, the following achievements that are also a part of the campaign are not registered. Those being: “Halted Hatred, Spirit Heart, A Crusade in Flames, and Hatred’s Nemesis.”

Likewise having the same issue with several VoH campaign achievements not being marked as completed.
