Do you know how loot drops work in this game? No one is going to enjoy having to go to a dungeon that may not even drop the loot they need just to reset the one they want to do.

Why would you want diminishing returns on a grind? It’s already a grind. That’s the point. Again no one wants to go do something that doesn’t benefit them just to get to the thing that does.

This is likely a temporary solution that they could implement very quickly before launch. I’d expect a more robust idea in place before season start, if not season 1 then definitely season 2.

actually it could be more than temporary (ie, i’m sure they’ll get back to this, but not in the sense of removing limitations, just of changing the way those act). the hint comes from what they said about nightmare dungeons and sigils after all. since nightmare dungeons can be reset by sigil, and that’s working as intended, and when you reach 50 and unlock higher world tier you can proceed to those resettable dungeons, then the problem is kinda sorted (always intended, for the time being). below that lev when you are supposed to play the campaign to level up and unlock higher tier instead of farming dungeons, they removed that chance. above that lev you can reset dungeons if you wish, just moving to upper difficulty, so no problem. for players who already beat the campaign and unlocked higher difficulties, it’s not a prob re-levelling even an alt, since actually they have access to higher world tier and nightmare dungeons. so all in all, it only affects hc players and low lev first runners.
